ABOUT MIS-FIT TRAINING


Hello, and welcome! I’m Jodie, the owner of Mis-Fit Training.
I first turned to fitness to support my mental health and quickly realized its powerful benefits. I wanted to bring something unique to the fitness industry and knew I wasn’t your typical personal trainer—more of a “misfit,” which is exactly how Mis-Fit Training got its name.
From the moment I began my training to earn my fitness qualifications, I felt a strong drive to support people living with long-term health conditions and to help those who might feel hesitant about joining a traditional gym.
I take a caring, personalized approach to each training plan, listening closely to what matters most to you. My goal is to make your fitness journey both enjoyable and empowering, with steady progress toward your goals.
Most recently, I worked at a local sports centre, where I was fortunate to work with incredible clients and see fantastic results. My experience includes supporting clients with various health conditions, and I’m continually expanding my knowledge to provide the highest quality service.
Whether you’re new to fitness, feeling unsure about where to start, or managing a long-term health condition, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
